The following Privacy Notice serves as a standard for all G. & M. Wolkenberg, Inc. employees for the collection, use, retention, and security of nonpublic personal information.

We do not disclose information about you to companies outside of G. & M. Wolkenberg, Inc. except as required or permitted by law. For example, we may disclose information about you to third parties to assist us in the selling / servicing of your loan, to government entities in response to subpoenas, or to the credit bureaus.

G. & M. Wolkenberg, Inc. will require all third parties with whom it shares nonpublic personal information to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for the specific business purpose for which it was provided.

To promote heightened awareness of privacy issues, we train our employees on permissible use of your nonpublic personal information. Our employees understand the requirements of applicable privacy laws and this privacy policy.

G. & M. Wolkenberg, Inc. safeguards your nonpublic personal information in a variety of ways. We do not sell customer information to any outside companies. We maintain procedures and technology designed to prevent unauthorized access to both electronic databases and paper files. These procedures include placement of appropriate firewalls, requiring passwords to obtain access to databases, and limiting access to our premises to authorized personnel.

G. & M. Wolkenberg, Inc complies with all applicable Federal and State laws including, but not limited to, the Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and the Privacy Act Notice.
