G. & M. WOLKENBERG, INC. is licensed by the New York State Banking Department as a licensed mortgage banker. Upon submission of a signed application, you shall pay to the mortgage banker an application fee and a property appraisal fee.

The following is a good faith estimate of the appraisal fee:

4 Family Home	$	500.00
Condominium	$	350.00
Cooperative Apt.	$	375.00

You will also pay an application fee of $195.00

THE APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THE PROPERTY APPRAISAL FEE IS REFUNDABLE ONLY IF THE SERVICES ARE NOT PERFORMED OR PROVIDED.

THE LENDER WILL REFUND TO YOU THE EXCESS FEE COLLECTED OVER THE ACTUAL COST OF THE PROPERTY APPRAISAL FEES INCURRED, IF ANY. IF THERE IS A SHORTFALL, ADDITIONAL PROPERTY APPRAISAL FEES MAY BE COLLECTED FROM YOU.

Loan programs offered by G. & M. Wolkenberg do not contain any prepayment penalty.
